You have selected the Standard Member- Monthly membership level.
The Standard Member is the base level membership. The monthly version costs $10 per month. There is an annual version that costs $90 per year which works out to $7.50 per month. Currently it is the only membership level. We anticipate possibly adding other membership levels for specialized features.
